-
Do you accept private health insurances?Yes, we do! We accept private health insurance for chiropractic services. It's recommended that you contact your health insurance provider prior to your scheduled chiropractic appointment to confirm your coverage and determine if you're eligible to claim part of the cost. If your private health plan includes Chiropractic care, we'll provide you with an invoice after your consultation that you can submit to your insurance provider. Kindly note that we do not have HICAPS facilities in the clinic for private health insurance claims.
-
Can I claim treatments through my private health insurance?Yes. While HICAPS is not available at the clinic, you are still able to make a claim with your private health insurance. Chiropractic and remedial massage are covered by most private health funds. Naturopathy coverage depends on your fund and extras policy.
-
Do I need a referral to book an appointment? No referral is needed. You can book directly online or by calling our clinic.
-
What payment methods do you accept? We accept EFTPOS, credit card, and cash.
-
Is Orofacial Myology covered by private health insurance? No, unfortunately, Orofacial Myology is not covered under private health insurance rebates in Australia. It is considered a specialised therapy and is not currently recognised under the health fund codes. We recommend checking with your insurer for any updates, but at this stage, services must be paid out of pocket.
