The role
We are currently seeking an experienced Chiropractor, preferably with proficiency in the Gonstead technique - have interest in learning it (proficiency in manual adjusting) to join our practice at the end of 2025. This is a rare opportunity to integrate into an established, values-driven clinic with a steady patient base, a fantastic team dynamic, and a loyal community following.
As our new chiropractor, you will:

Provide high-quality, hands-on chiropractic care using the Gonstead technique

Conduct thorough consultations, assessments, and care planning with professionalism and empathy

Maintain detailed and compliant patient records

Work collaboratively with our small team to ensure continuity of care and a consistent patient experience

Contribute to the positive energy and high standards of the clinic

Be available for regular team meetings and open to ongoing training and development
Ideal Candidate Profile
We’re looking for a chiropractor who is:

Fully qualified and AHPRA/ACA-registered, with current PI insurance
-
Highly trained in and committed to the Gonstead technique

Passionate about genuine, relationship-based care with a focus on long-term wellness

A team player with a warm, grounded personality and strong communication skills

Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to grow both personally and professionally

Someone who aligns with our clinic values and is interested in building a long-term role with us
Experience Required:
-
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred, ideally in private practice

Proficiency in Gonstead technique is preferred

Experience working in family wellness or a community-minded setting is highly desirable
